Job Description

Join Red Energy, a leading Australian energy provider renowned for its award-winning customer service. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Initialisation Specialist to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for our new clients.

In this hybrid role, you will be the crucial link between our sales teams and new customers, taking ownership of sales verifications for accuracy and guiding customers through their onboarding journey.

Your schedule will involve a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM, with one Saturday every four weeks (compensated with a weekday off). After completing your initial training and support period, you will have the flexibility of two work-from-home days per week.

We value a customer-first approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask across various systems. While energy expertise isn't required, a minimum of 12 months in a fast-paced customer service environment is preferred.
