Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing and resolving complex issues with empathy and efficiency. Your ability to diffuse challenging situations and provide effective solutions will be key to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care.

Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of customer inquiries, skillfully navigating multiple systems to update account information, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulations. You will translate intricate energy-related information into clear, understandable language, fostering trust and satisfaction with every interaction.

We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and a genuine passion for helping people. While prior energy sector expertise is not essential, a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience in fast-paced environments is preferred. Essential attributes include resilience, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
